One pound of slow cooked baby back ribs, finished with Pale Ale bbq sauce. Presented with a garnish of tangy slaw and a side of your choice.

Elbow pasta tossed with Cougar Gold cheese sauce. Topped with blistered tomatoes, pork shoulder lardons & grilled chicken.

Seasoned and fire broiled to your specifications. Finished with melted bleu cheese, balsamic gastrique, grilled onions and mushrooms. Served with a side of your choice.
